BLOOMLIFT · Shopping Terms

Terms & Conditions

The terms below explain how orders, payments, products, delivery and other parts of shopping through BLOOMLIFT work.

These terms are intended to keep the buying process clear and straightforward. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Using this website

You can browse BLOOMLIFT without creating an account. Some features, including placing an order, may require you to provide information needed to complete the purchase.

When using the website, please provide information that is accurate and up to date, particularly when entering delivery and contact details.

The website is intended for ordinary personal shopping. Please do not use it in a way that could interfere with its operation, compromise its security or affect other visitors.

2. Products

We aim to describe products as clearly as possible. Product images are provided to give a useful representation of the item, although colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

Seasonal stock

Product availability may change as seasonal stock is refreshed. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is completed.

3. Prices

Product prices are shown on the website at the time you place your order.

Prices may change from time to time as the product range, stock or commercial arrangements change. A price change will not alter an order that has already been accepted.

4. Placing an order

Before completing checkout, you can review the products, quantities, delivery information and order total entered into your basket.

When you submit an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price.

An order acknowledgement may be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This confirms that the order details have been received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted when we have confirmed the order and are able to fulfil it. Once accepted, the order will move into preparation and dispatch in accordance with the delivery information provided on the website.

If an order cannot be fulfilled

If an item becomes unavailable or there is another genuine reason why an order cannot be completed, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange a refund for any amount already paid for the affected order.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be prepared for dispatch.

Payment information is handled through the relevant payment service used during checkout. We do not need to retain full payment card details as part of our normal order records.

Payment issues

If a payment is declined, reversed or otherwise not completed, the order may remain unfulfilled until successful payment has been received.

6. Cancellation and returns

We understand that online purchases do not always work out. Eligible customers may have cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer law.

Before dispatch

If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After receiving an order

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the relevant cancellation period and return requirements will apply. Details of the process are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Returned products

Products should be returned with reasonable care and in a suitable condition. Where reasonably possible, please keep the original packaging until you have decided whether to keep the product.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask for your order number and, where useful, photos or other information that helps us understand the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the order.

Please do not send a product back without first following the return instructions provided for your order.

8. Customer accounts

You may be able to create an account to make future shopping more convenient.

Account details should be kept accurate and login information should be kept private.

If you no longer wish to use an account, you can contact us regarding account closure. Order records may still need to be retained where required for legal, accounting or customer service purposes.

9. Website content

Product descriptions, photographs, text, graphics, logos, page layouts and other website material are provided for the purpose of operating and presenting the BLOOMLIFT website.

Reasonable care is taken when preparing website content. However, minor errors, formatting differences or temporary inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We may update product information, website content, availability and features from time to time.

Intellectual property

Website content should not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the website available and to provide the products and services described on the website.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or that every technical feature will operate without occasional errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including significant disruption to postal, courier, payment, hosting or telecommunications services.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will continue to have the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, products, ordering process or applicable requirements.

The version available on this page applies to orders placed after the updated terms have been published.

Changes will not affect rights that have already arisen under an order unless the change is required by law.

13. Contact

If you have a question about an order, product, delivery or these terms, please contact BLOOMLIFT through the contact details provided on the website.
